Holliston Youth Cheer Earns Fourth Place At Regionals

Last month, the Holliston Youth Cheers U14 A-squad headed to Regionals in Bridgeport, CT. Although they did not place in the top three, their coaches were very proud.
“We missed 3rd by 3 tenths of a point. A super close fight to the end game, but we are so very proud of how far the girls came this season.
“This was the first time a team for Holliston decided to be Nationally tracked. Placing 1st at Locals and being State Champs is a great achievement this year.
“We plan to come back next year as strong as ever and continue to make our families and town proud,” said Melissa Armento, Head Coach of HYC A squad. It wasn’t just the team members who made her proud, either.
“A squad Coaches want to thank the parents, HYC board members, the league and regional directors for all their support this season. It truly takes an army and we appreciate having them in our our corner,” she said
