Congratulations to Richard Rossini, who retired on Nov. 30, after 41 years and 5 months with the department. During his tenure, he served in multiple roles (FF, Lt, Cptn) on several companies (E1, L1); culminating in his most recent assignment as Captain of the Ladder Company.
